Qualified to carry out direct access work
Barrister, at Pump Court Chambers, LONDON

Specialist family barrister regularly instructed in disputes concerning children and financial matters on separation & divorce.

I was called to the bar in 2000 and practice in the area of family law. I am frequently instructed by solicitors and direct access clients to advise regarding financial disputes following the breakdown of marriage / civil partnerships and the separation of cohabiting partners and couples who have children. I also represent clients involved in disputes relating to their children.

I can be instructed at any stage of proceedings, it is never too late. I have found that when I provide Divorce advice at an early stage, I am able to assist in focusing consideration upon what evidence is required for thorough preparation of the case and case tactical planning. This is the best course of action as it often either assists in reducing any delay or more often, assists to reach early resolution of the dispute, thus saving money, time and anxiety.

I am Direct Access accredited and so able to provide assistance with or without a Solicitor being involved.

I am a barrister at Pump Court Chambers, and as such my services offered must be through my Chambers (no fee to the Client for this service). As part of the specialist family law team I have signed up to the high quality of service standards as demanded by Chambers.
