How much will it cost?

 

Getting divorced and so instructing a Divorce Barrister will involve a fee that will be agreed between us before each aspect of work is carried out and so you will always be in control of cost. A fee will be agreed based upon the complexity of the case and the time that the required work will likely take.  I usually work on the basis of a fixed fee, although an hourly rate can be agreed. I am an experienced family barrister and get results, my fees are representative of the quality of barrister you will receive.
