When can I instruct a barrister?

Through Direct Access you can instruct me at any stage of proceedings, including before an application is made to the court. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE NOR CAN IT BE TOO EARLY! I have often found that when I advise clients at an early stage, I am able to assist in focusing consideration on what evidence is required for thorough preparation of the case and this either assists in reducing any delay in reaching a final hearing or more often assists to reach early resolution of the dispute, thus saving money, time and anxiety. Tactial planning through expert advice and representation will assist you in achieveing the best result.

Getting divorced or planning a divorce is made easier where realsitic advice and case prepartion is made available as early in the process as is practicable.
